Click Boarding continues to experience issues with its Form I-9 functionality and access to the Form I-9 is intermittently available. Some users can complete section 1 and section 2 of the Form I-9 with no issues while others get an error message or a blank page. We will update this message when the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience!
- If an employee gets the error below or a blank page on the Employment Eligibility step (Section 1 of the Form I-9) and payroll needs to be processed this week, please contact AccessHR at accesshr@gnapartners.com. We will mark the onboarding process as complete to ensure the employee can be paid. When the process is marked as complete, the system will trigger an email to the employer to complete section 2 of the Form I-9. For now, you can ignore this email since nothing will be available for the employee to complete. When the Form I-9 functionality is restored, we will assign a process with the Form I-9 so both section 1 and section 2 can be completed.
- If the employer tries to access or complete section 2 of the Form I-9, a blank page or the same error may be presented. We ask you to try again when Form I-9 functionality is restored.
